We offer two types of applications. The first application is an assistance application. This application s for individuals in times of need. An individual can take this application to the proper authorities to receive donated items from the Thrift Shop like clothes.

The second application is for organizations needing funds in general. A portion of the FLW Thrift Shop's profits will be donated to the organization. Use the menu below to see forms regarding the applications.

Assistance Application Funds Application - Schools Funds Application - Not-for-Profit

• Many college students have received scholarships.
• A school nurse received money to buy a refrigerator to store medications previously kept in a staff lounge refrigerator.
• Boy Scouts got money for camping equipment.
• An historical organization received our funds to build a latrine and shower so that scouts can stay overnight in their cabin.
• We donated coats to school children who were referred to us by principals.
• We gave household goods and clothing to people whose homes have burned.
• The list goes on, with over $100,000 given away in the past two years. We can only lend our helping hand when people like you get involved to work together with us. Our clean shop is a pleasant environment where we work hard and have fun. Join a positive, motivated group of paid staff and volunteers as we:
• Ticket and shelve merchandise. (The price is already designated.)
• Do simple data entry as we assist consignors.
• Bag for our cashiers.
• Rehang fallen clothing and organize displays. No special skills or training are needed. No minimum time commitment is necessary. If you are:
• A spouse looking for adult conversation - we pay for child care!
• An active duty member- we are open every Saturday!
• A student 15 years and older – this is volunteer time to put on college and scholarship applications.
• Anyone who wants to see the difference their time can make!
